Competition Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Competitions run by Handpicked Escapes Ltd (Us / Our).

• Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter.

• Unless otherwise stated, one entry per person is allowed.

• The opening and closing dates and times for entries are indicated in the Competition details on Our website. Any entries received outside of these dates will be invalid.

• Competition winners will be chosen completely at random.

• Competitions may be altered, paused, extended or withdrawn at any time.

• Competition entry data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• It is our sole discretion to award a prize for Competitions.

• We have absolutely no involvement beyond choosing a competition winner.

• We do not provide prizes. Prizes are provided by third parties. Third party prize providers may require competition winners to agree to prize-specific rules and Terms and Conditions in order to accept and redeem the prize.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage or claim of any nature against Website Users, or any other persons as a result of Our Competitions. This is a comprehensive limit of liability clause covering all situations whereby a loss, damage or claim of any nature may arise from engagement in Our Competitions.

• Competition prizes cannot be sold, exchanged or consumed by anyone other than the named competition winner.
